Veritas Support Policy

This policy describes the Support Services we provide to business customers for Software covered under active Support Agreements.

Veritas Returns, Cancellations, Terminations & Credits (RCTC) Policy

This policy provides the guidelines governing Returns, Cancellations, Terminations & Credits relating to Veritas products and services.

Veritas Renewals Policy

The purpose of this document is to establish a global policy for the renewal of Maintenance/Support for Veritas on-premise Licensed Software in order to provide a foundation for effective internal practices and a consistent Customer experience. This policy is applicable globally, to all enterprise software Customers.

Veritas Licence Transfer Policy

This policy has been established to provide customers with flexibility to leverage their investments in Veritas software. This policy provides the guidelines under which a licensee may transfer one Veritas perpetual software Licence for a different Veritas perpetual software licence, where that licensee continues to hold the entitlement post-transfer. The six types of Licence Transfers covered by this Policy are: Cross-grades, Product Downgrades, Host Transfers, Platform Transfers, Server/Processor Tier Transfers and Licence Meter Transfers.
