OWA 2000: Steps for uninstalling OWA 2000 Extensions

This section describes the steps to remove Enterprise Vault OWA Extensions from front-end and back-end Exchange 2000 computers.

To remove Enterprise Vault OWA 2000 Extensions

  1. On back-end Exchange Servers, run the Enterprise Vault OWA Extensions configuration script (BackendEnd2000Setup.wsf) with the /remove switch. This removes the virtual directories, forms registrations, and proxy bypass list configuration.

  2. On back-end Exchange Servers, check that the components have been removed.

  3. On front-end and back-end Exchange Servers, complete the removal of the extensions using Add\Remove Programs in the Control Panel, and then manually remove configuration and log files.
