Viewing the hotword statistics for an item in review

Compliance Accelerator lets you view the hotword statistics for the selected item, which includes the hotword along with the count of the hotword based on the location - whether the top-level message or its attachments.

To view the hotword statistics for an item in review

  1. Select the Enable hotwords statistics option on the Display tab of the Review preferences dialog box. This lets you see the Show hotword statistics button above the Reading pane.
  2. Click the item that you want to view the hotword statistics for and then click the Show hotword statistics button. This opens the Hotword statistics pane to the right-hand side of the Reading pane.
  3. In the Hotword statistics pane, do any of the following:

    • Click the Collapse all hotwords link to see only the list of all the hotwords that were found in the item.

    • Click the Top level message link to see the occurrences of the hotword in the message body of the item. The number indicates the count of the hotword in the message body.

    • Click the AttachmentName link to see the occurrences of the hotword in the attachments. The number indicates the count of the hotword in the attachment
