New system and version support

The following new major third-party component versions are supported:

  • Oracle 19c: This new database version is required for APTARE IT Analytics release 10.5. As part of the upgrade to release 10.5, the process includes a database installation utility to automatically upgrade the Oracle database if required. This new utility simplifies the Oracle database upgrade by stepping you through the process. With Oracle 19c, APTARE IT Analytics is moving to multi-tenant based architecture with a Pluggable Database (PDB) within a Container Database. (SCP-558) (SC-24160)
