Adding file systems to the backup configuration

You can add the file systems required to be backed up with the NetBackup client. Once the file system is configured for backup, it is available for backup and restore operation from NetBackup primary server side.

To add file systems for backup

  • Add the file system to the NetBackup client configuration to enable backup and restore operations from NetBackup primary server.
    Backup> fs add fs_name
