Enabling SSL on Access Appliance
To enable SSL on Access Appliance using the Access Appliance GUI
- Log on to the Access Appliance GUI and click on Settings > S3 Management.
- Click the Edit button at the top.
- Click Yes under the Enable SSL button. This automatically creates a certificate on Access Appliance in the
/shared/ptgwy/cacert.pemdirectory.
To enable SSL on Access Appliance using the Veritas Access command-line interface
- Enable SSL on Access Appliance.
Objectaccess > set ssl_enabled yes Objectaccess > server stop Objectaccess > server start
To copy the certificate to NetBackup
- Go to the bash prompt of the cluster node and copy the following content from the
