Software and hardware disclaimer
Please note that the third-party hardware and software versions listed within the Certified Configuration Guide are the versions that Veritas engineering has tested against. Later, these third-party versions often do work with the existing IT Analytics collection policies.
However, if you have upgraded to a version later than what has been tested by Veritas and you find that it does not work, please contact Veritas Support. Support will need to work with you to troubleshoot, gather logs, and confirm that there are no missing prerequisites or configuration issues. If configured correctly and the collection policy does not work against a later third-party version, then support will engage with you and engineering. The IT Analytics product team will review and determine options for resolution and inclusion in a patch or primary release.
