- If cluster configuration fails (for example because an IP address that was already in use is specified) and you try to reconfigure the cluster, the UI displays an error but the configuration process continues to run
- Validation error while adding VMware credentials to NetBackup
- NetBackup Web UI incorrectly displays some NetBackup Flex Scale processes as failed
- Unable to create BMR Shared Resource Tree (SRT) on NetBackup Flex Scale Appliance

Adding NetBackup licenses
You can use the NetBackup Flex Scale UI or the REST APIs to add NetBackup licenses.
Perform the following steps to add NetBackup licenses to your cluster using the infrastructure management console UI. You can only add NetBackup licenses from this UI. After adding the NetBackup licenses to the cluster, you can manage them using the NetBackup Java Administration Console.
To add NetBackup licenses
- Sign in to the NetBackup Flex Scale infrastructure management console UI.
- From the navigation menu on the left, click Settings and then click Licensing management.
- Click NetBackup Licenses.
The NetBackup Licenses tab displays all the NetBackup licenses that currently exist in the cluster configuration.
- To add a new NetBackup license, click Add a license and on the Add a license dialog, enter a NetBackup license key in the License key field.
- Click Save and add another if you wish to add another license.
Repeat this step if you want to add multiple license keys simultaneously.
- Click Add to configure the license into the cluster.
You can use REST APIs to upload, add, and delete NetBackup licenses in the cluster. You can find the REST APIs at https://ManagementServerIPorFQDN:14161/swagger/infra/v1.0/ where ManagementServerIPorFQDN is the public IP address or FQDN that you specified for the NetBackup Flex Scale management server and API gateway during the cluster configuration. For more details about the APIs, see the NetBackup Flex Scale APIs on SORT.
