Explanation: Backup operation also backs up the MongoDB configuration file. An access issue can cause the backup operation to not back up the MongoDB configuration file.
Recommended Action: Review the mdbserver
logs for more details.
Try the following as appropriate:
Review the access control for the MongoDB configuration file. Allow the host user that is specified in the
tpconfig
for this node, all the rights that are required to read the MongoDB configuration file.Review the access control rights to the snapshot directory that is specified in
tpconfig
. Allow the host user that is specified in thetpconfig
for this node, the rights to write to the snapshot mount directory.
