NetBackup status code: 6712
Explanation: During an incremental backup, NetBackup checks for the oplog
of the previous backup. NetBackup fails the incremental backup if this information is not found in the oplog
file because it does not have information of the previous backup to base the incremental on. This situation can also occur if the MongoDB topology gets changed (Example: addition of new shards).
Recommended Action: Change the schedule type to full and retry the backup and verify that it completes with no issues. Schedule an incremental backup after the full backup.
