Explanation: This error is encountered in the following situations:
The CloudPoint server credentials are changed.
The CloudPoint server is either down or not available due to a network problem.
Recommended Action: Depending on the cause, perform one the following tasks:
Update the credentials and port number in NetBackup.
Ensure that the CloudPoint server is up and reachable on the network from the NetBackup master server.
To verify, log on to the CloudPoint host from the master server browser.
