Logging in to the Data Insight Management Console
To log on to the console from the Management Server or a worker node
- Do one of the following:
Click the shortcut created on the Desktop during installation.
Click Start > Programs > Veritas > Veritas Data Insight > Data Insight Console.
- On the Login screen, enter the credentials of a user with privileges to log in to the Management Server.
- Enter the name of the domain to which the user belongs.
- Click Submit.
The Management Console appears.
To log on to the console from a machine other than the Management Server or the worker nodes
- Open a Web browser and enter https://<ms_host>:<ms_port>. For example, https://datainsight.company.com:443.
- On the Login screen, enter the credentials of a user with privileges to log in to the Management Server.
- Enter the name of the domain to which the user belongs.
- Click Submit.
The Management Console appears.
