Canceling or deleting a workflow
You can cancel a submitted or in-progress workflow. For example, you can cancel a workflow, if the custodian who is required to take action has left the organization. Custodians will stop receiving email reminders to complete the workflow when you cancel it.
You can delete a workflow if the deadline for completing the tasks in the workflow has expired, or if the workflow is complete or has been canceled.
To cancel or delete a workflow
- On the Workflows listing page, click the Select Action drop-down corresponding to the workflow you want to delete or cancel.
- Click Delete or Cancel, as appropriate.
Note:
When you delete a workflow, it will be deleted from the
listing page too. If you want to delete more than one workflow at a time, you can select the check boxes in front of the workflows by clicking on them and then select .
