Reset multifactor authentication for a non-administrator user

Only the NetBackup Self Service administrator can reset multifactor authentication for non-administrator users.

To reset multifactor authentication for a non-administrator user

  1. On the top right, click the user icon and click Act As Another User.
  2. On the top right, click the user icon and select Disable Multifactor Authentication.
  3. Enter the one-time password, then click Save.
