使用 DTrace 实用程序启用 SDK 以查看诊断日志

如果在使用 Enterprise Vault Google Cloud Storage (S3) 主分区存储或检索归档数据时遇到任何问题，请运行 DTrace 实用程序以确定问题的原因。

您还可以在分区上添加提供 SDK 的日志级别，它已合并到 DTrace 实用程序中，作为对故障排除的额外支持。有关启用 SDK 日志以进行故障排除的详细信息，请参见配置 Google Cloud Storage (S3) 主分区。

使用 DTrace 实用程序，您可以同时监控多个服务，将跟踪写入文件，过滤特定词语，并基于过滤器触发跟踪。

下表列出了可使用 DTrace 获取诊断日志的进程。

注意:

Enterprise Vault 建议在所有情况下将监控级别设置为“详细”。

根据在 Google Cloud Storage (S3) 分区上配置的复制设置，获取诊断日志以确定项目是否安全。

StorageManagement.exe

当 Enterprise Vault 检查分区是否配置正确并验证配置的设置时，查看记录的信息。当您在保管库存储分区“属性”页的“高级”页面上以及在保管库存储分区创建向导中单击“测试”按钮时，Enterprise Vault 将记录此信息。
