指定 Exchange Server 和信箱
如果您可以存取多個 Exchange 郵件伺服器和信箱，或是無法存取信箱，則當您複製或移動封存檔中的項目時，可能需要指定郵件伺服器和信箱。如果未指定 Exchange Server 和信箱，將無法還原封存檔中的內容。
指定 Exchange Server 和信箱
- 按下 Enterprise Vault 搜尋右上角的使用者名稱。
- 按下「喜好設定」。
- 在「喜好設定」對話方塊左側，按下「Exchange 帳戶」。
將顯示 Exchange 帳戶選項。
- 在 Microsoft Exchange Server 欄位中，從清單中選取所需的信箱伺服器。如果您不知道伺服器名稱，請洽詢 Enterprise Vault 管理員。
如果所需伺服器不在清單中，請選取「其他」，然後輸入伺服器名稱。
- 在「信箱」欄位中，輸入要在其中複製或移動已還原項目的信箱。您可以輸入此值作為信箱的顯示名稱、別名或 Internet 位址。
如果您不確定完整名稱為何，請輸入名稱的開頭部分，然後按下「檢查名稱」。
