Notes
Due to current API limitations, the following constraints apply:
Captured data may contain auto-generated and progress reporting messages.
When Copilot is used directly within a Microsoft Word or Microsoft PowerPoint document, one AI response may include the attachment. All other AI responses and UI prompts will provide a URL to the attachment instead of including it.
The API may return identical AI-generated text responses multiple times, each with slightly different timestamps and unique messageId values.
Some API responses may contain repeated text blocks within the same adaptive card element, while the user interface displays only one version.
Some transient messages may appear in the conversation flow but disappear later, even though they remain in API responses.
Some Copilot messages may contain auto-generated filler text or unintelligible responses unrelated to the input. Interaction logs are not captured. Copilot conversation history can be retrieved for up to 30 days at a time (an Arctera Capture limitation). For longer periods, multiple sessions are required.
