Configuring credentials
The
page is used to configure credentials for authentication with the source SaaS application.Veritas Alta™ SaaS Protection allows the use of any of the following modes for authentication:
In the M365 app registrations mode, you must use the M365 apps created for you by the Veritas Support team. They start inactive and need admin consent from you to activate for backup operations. The following steps are included:
Assigning M365 apps, if none or less are assigned.

Granting the Admin consents.
For the procedure, See Granting admin consent manually.
In the Manual mode, you need to enter tenant ID and client ID.
