Edit, copy, or delete a jobs filter
You can edit the query criteria for a jobs filter, copy a filter, or delete a filter that you no longer need.
Edit a jobs filter
To edit a jobs filter
- On the left, click Activity monitor. Then click the Jobs tab.
- In the toolbar, click Filter icon.
- Click Actions > Manage filters.
- Click My list or Shared.
- Select from the following options.
Options with an asterisk (*) are available for any filters that you own.
View
View the details of a filter that you do not own.
Edit*
Edit the filter properties or filter query.
Export
Export the filter to share with another NetBackup user or import the filter into another NetBackup domain.
Make private*
Make a public filter a private filter.
Make public*
Make a private filter a public filter.
Pin
Pin the filter to the jobs filter toolbar.
Delete*
Delete a filter.
- Make the changes that you want to the filter and click Save.
Copy a jobs filter
To copy a jobs filter
- On the left, click Activity monitor. Then click the Jobs tab.
- In the toolbar, click the Filter icon.
- Click Actions > Manage filters.
- Click My list or Shared.
- Select the filter that you want to copy.
- Click View or Edit.
- Make any changes that you want to the filter.
- Click Copy.
Delete a jobs filter
To delete a jobs filter
- On the left, click Activity monitor. Then click the Jobs tab.
- In the toolbar, click the Filter icon.
- Click Actions > Manage filters.
- Click My list.
- Locate the filter that you want to delete and click Delete > Yes.
