Step-6: Set REST API callback User and Password

Inside your IT Analytics ServiceNow App:

  1. Use the Filter Navigator to search for REST Messages.
  2. Select AptareBackupIssuesCallback and open the window.
  3. In the Basic auth profile, click the search icon. A new window is displayed.
  4. Click New. A secondary window is displayed.
  5. Enter a Username and Password. This user must be the pre-created user with the NetBackup IT Analytics system, created in the Initial Setup before.
