MID server installation on NetBackup IT Analytics Portal server

After you have completed the steps listed in ServiceNow Configuration - Part One, complete the following steps. You can skip the first three steps if you already have an existing MID server.

  1. Step-1: Download a ServiceNow MID server

  2. Step-2: Install and configure ServiceNow MID server on your NetBackup IT Analytics Portal server

  3. Step-3: Start the MID server service

  4. Step-4: Enable ServiceNow incident creation
