Step-1: Create MID server

Create a new MID server record in your ServiceNow application. You must have System Administrator privileges to perform these steps.

  1. Use the Filter Navigator to search for MID Server.

  2. Select MID Server.

  3. Select Servers under MID Server > Servers.

  4. Click New to create a new MID server record.

  5. Enter the name of the new MID server. For example, APTAREmid.
