NetBackup Web UI is not accessible using the management server and API gateway IP or FQDN
You may not be able to access the NetBackup Web UI using the FQDN or IP of the NetBackup Flex Scale management server and API gateway. This issue occurs if the NetBackup Flex Scale cluster's data network and management network are configured on different networks, subnets, or VLANs. (APPSOL-126376)
In such a network configuration, the NetBackup Web UI is no longer accessible using the following URL:
https://ManagementServerIPorFQDN/
Here, ManagementServerIPorFQDN is the public IP address or FQDN that you specified for the NetBackup Flex Scale management server and API gateway during the cluster configuration.
Workaround:
You can access the NetBackup Web UI by using the following URL:
https://NetBackupMasterPublicIPorFQDN/webui
Here, NetBackupMasterPublicIPorFQDN is the public IP address or FQDN that you specified for the NetBackup master server service during the cluster configuration.
