About uninstalling InfoScale products
You can completely uninstall the product using the product installation wizard or through CLI. However, if you want to uninstall any of the installed product options, you must choose the Windows Add or Remove Programs feature.
If you have deployed a cluster configuration, you must unconfigure it before you begin to uninstall the product.
Also, if you are running NetBackup, you must stop the Symantec Private Branch Exchange (PBX) service.
