CloudLink version 4.1.7
CloudLink simplifies the provisioning of Microsoft Active Directory or IBM Domino Directory accounts in Veritas Alta Archiving. CloudLink can maintain the synchronization of the directory accounts with Insight Archiving, and send welcome messages to newly provisioned users. In Exchange environments, CloudLink can also deploy Insight Personal Archive web folders, to enable Insight Personal Archive access from within supported versions of Outlook and OWA.
CloudLink also supports the provisioning of accounts for Google G Suite Enterprise Gmail message archiving. This functionality is for use in environments where you manage your Google G Suite Enterprise users and groups from Microsoft Active Directory.
The latest CloudLink version uses the new names for the Insight Archiving data center regions. The new names replace the old names in the configuration options for selecting your region.
Upgrading to the latest CloudLink version
If you currently use CloudLink version 4.1.7, the region data center URLs have not changed.
If you currently use the CloudLink version 4.0 original release or earlier, we recommend that you upgrade to version 4.1.7 to obtain all the updates in the recent releases.
If you currently use a version of CloudLink that is earlier than 4.1.5, you must upgrade to CloudLink 4.1.5 before you can upgrade to CloudLink 4.1.7.
