Windows 客户端计算机的先决条件

  • 确保 Windows 客户端计算机上安装了以下任一软件：

    • Veritas System Recovery 21.4

    • Veritas System Recovery 22

    • Veritas System Recovery 23

  • 确保 Veritas System Recovery 服务、Veritas Anchor Host 服务和 Veritas WebAPI 服务正常运行。有关 Veritas System Recovery 服务的更多信息，请参见《Veritas System Recovery 安装使用指南》。

  • 为了能够与主机计算机通信，请将 DCOM 端口 [默认值：TCP 端口 135] 和 https 端口 4443 添加到防火墙例外列表。

    请参见配置 Windows 防火墙例外。

  • 如果使用具有管理员权限的标准用户帐户来添加和监视远程计算机，则必须关闭远程计算机上的“用户帐户控制 (UAC)”设置。如果使用默认管理员帐户，则不必关闭 UAC 设置。
