刪除歸檔的項目

如果 Enterprise Vault 管理員允許您刪除保管庫中的項目，則您可以依照下列方式進行。

使用捷徑刪除歸檔的項目

  1. 選取想要刪除之歸檔項目的捷徑。

    您可以加入任何不是捷徑的項目；Enterprise Vault 會忽略這類項目。

  2. 按下「工具」功能表或「更多」功能表上的「Enterprise Vault 刪除」(視您的設定而定)。

刪除從捷徑開啟的項目

  1. 在開啟項目視窗的工具列上，按下「刪除」。
  2. 出現提示時，請選擇只刪除捷徑，或同時刪除捷徑和歸檔的項目。

    如果只刪除捷徑，項目仍會保留在保管庫中，您稍後可以透過執行搜尋來擷取該項目。
