手動儲存項目

Enterprise Vault 會在背景執行自動歸檔，您不需要採取任何動作。但是，有時您可能想在保管庫中手動儲存一或多個項目。如果管理員已設定 Enterprise Vault 允許您手動儲存項目，您就可以這樣做。

手動儲存項目

  1. 選取一或多個要儲存在保管庫中的項目。
  2. 按下「工具」功能表或「更多」功能表上的「Enterprise Vault 儲存」(視您的設定而定)。
  3. 按下「確定」，確認您要將選取的項目儲存在保管庫中。

    Enterprise Vault 會先使用下列圖示標記項目，指出正在擱置歸檔：

    Enterprise Vault 在下次執行歸檔之前，不會完整歸檔這些項目。Enterprise Vault 接著會使用下列圖示標記項目：
