Adding the deduplication solution to a 5230 media appliance

You can configure the deduplication solution for your NetBackup Appliance 5230 Series media appliance using the following two pages:

  • Intial Configuration - You can select the deduplication solution at the time of initial configuration of your appliance.

  • Manage > Storage > Resize - If you have not configured a deduplication solution at the time of initial configuration you can configure it using the Resize option from the Manage > Storage menu.
