Problem: You had a problem when configuring Operations Manager, or you suspect it did not configure successfully.
Cause: There may have been a configuration failure.
Resolution:
If you are sure that the configuration has failed, rerun the Operations Manager Configuration utility.
Otherwise, verify whether Operations Manager has been set up successfully.
