About troubleshooting the installation and configuration of Operations Manager
This chapter describes how to troubleshoot problems with installing and configuring Enterprise Vault Operations Manager. It assumes that you have attempted to install and configure Operations Manager following the instructions in the Installing and Configuring manual.

If you are sure that Operations Manager has been configured successfully, but you are still unable to access it, try troubleshooting access to the installed Operations Manager.
