SC-71530

Resolves an issue in the Dell PowerProtect Data Manager where the advanced parameters DPDM_LOOKBACK_HOURS,DPDM_ACTIVITY_INCLUDE_CATEGORY, and DPDM_ACTIVITY_EXCLUDE_CATEGORY do not support the default values of empty strings. This limitation caused ITA to throw an error during execution of the Protection Details Probe when these parameters are used without explicitly defined values. DPDM_LOOKBACK_HOURS supports default value of -1, meaning no look back hours.
