The aptare_env.sh script is modified with a protected block within the script that must remain unchanged, while you can add custom logic using your own variables and mapping them to the product-defined variables. This modification ensures seamless product upgrades, while allowing user-specific customization within the script.

The NetBackup IT Analytics ServiceNow App has been certified by ServiceNow for the following releases:

SC-73212

Starting January 2026, versioning scheme for monthly updates of NetBackup IT Analyticsis being changed to Calendar Versioning (CalVer), i.e., from aa.b.cc to aa.b.YYMM.

For example:

  • January 2026 monthly update for 11.6 stream will be versioned as 11.6.2601

  • February 2026 monthly update for 11.6 stream will be versioned as 11.6.2602
