Resolves an issue with nbdeployutil utility. The utility was persisting more than one occurrences of policy consumption metrics with different consumption amount at policy level for same client, policy with different images created in different time stamps. This created data discrepancies in FETB reports.

The NetBackup IT Analytics has been enhanced to include the preUpgradeCheck.sh utility for Linux. Users can run this tool prior to upgrading the portal. It verifies that system users, group memberships, and the database user have the necessary permissions.
