When you return to the previously browsed screen after navigating to other screens, you will be presented with the same customization you made to that screen, so that you can continue where you left off.
The UI states are persisted till you perform a dismissal action such as refreshing or closing the browser or logging out of the portal.
Data Restriction Mode for appliances to restrict access to Veritas teams
Have a greater control over who can view the sensitive data for your appliances. The data Restriction Mode feature allows you to enable or disable the access to your appliances' telemetry data for the Veritas support personnel. A team administrator can switch the Data Restriction Mode on or off from the Advanced Search page, or from an appliance's dashboard within the portal.
Veritas appliance support teams can still view some generic data for the restricted appliances, such as appliance model, call home status, support details etc. which are crucial for them to perform support tasks.

Get a focused and precise view of the recommendations by temporarily hiding the unwanted recommendations from the list. 'Acknowledging the recommendations' feature lets you mark the recommendations as 'Acknowledged' and excludes them from the Recommendations list only for the specified duration.
Acknowledged recommendations are only hidden; and not permanently removed from the list. They can be easily un-acknowledged and included in the list again.

Site association flow has now been enhanced to pre-populate the site list with the default suggested site and the sites linked with your account. This makes it easier for you to choose from the suggested sites and associate with the appliance being registered, without having to manually provide the existing site details in the System Health Insights.

Registration Details tab on an appliance's dashboard now also displays the team details, if the appliance is registered. You can also edit the site, contact, and team details from this tab. Editing a site from the Registration Details tab presents the options of editing the site information or changing the association to a different site.

When you perform any of these actions, a task is triggered which can be tracked from the Registration Tasks page. The newly introduced 'Task Type' column shows the type of action being executed by the task. Then the changes are reflected on the corresponding UI screen after the task processing is successfully completed.
