Software and hardware disclaimer

The supported vendor hardware and software versions in this NetBackup IT Analytics Certified Configuration Guide (CCG) have been specifically qualified and approved by Veritas. Hardware and software versions that do not appear on this list are not supported. For unsupported versions, you have two options:

The certified software and hardware is selected by Veritas Product Management, based on market research and input from the field.

Connector currently supported, but customer is running a newer version.

Submit request to dl-vtas-ita-proliferations@veritas.com. Veritas will review and determine options for resolution and inclusion in a patch or primary release.

If you would like to partner with Veritas to accelerate the certification of a newer version of existing software or hardware, you will need a non-production environment running the latest version of NetBackup IT Analytics, be willing to gather and share data, and work with Veritas during the certification process.
