VCS configuration check reports violations only if at least one node in the cluster is running Cluster Server
VCS configuration policy check in InfoScale Operations Manager does not report any violations if Cluster Server is not running on any of the systems in the cluster. Also, if the cluster has a single system and Cluster Server is not running on that system, the VCS configuration check does not report violations.
