Problem
Failed to list cloud providers for Integrated Snapshot Management in NetBackup 8.1.2.1 WebUI on Solaris master server.

"Failed to retrieve the supported plug-in list from the CloudPoint server".
Cause
In some cases when Veritas CloudPoint is configured for use with NetBackup Integrated Snapshot Management, the nbemm process might crash while trying to list the cloud providers. This happens due to an incorrect logging statement in nbemm service.
Solution
The following command could be used to disable nbemm logging on the master server.
vxlogcfg –a –p 51216 –o 111 –s DebugLevel=0 -s DiagnosticLevel=0
After you are no longer using NetBackup Integrated Snapshot Management for cloud protection, you can re-enable the nbemm logging on Solaris master server.
