- Stop EV Services
- Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Enterprise Vault\EVSearch\EVSearchClient\Bin
- Rename Telerik.Windows.Zip.dll to Telerik.Windows.Zip.dll.old
- Copy Telerik.Windows.Zip.dll from C:\Program Files (x86)\Enterprise Vault\Installed Hotfixes\12.2.0\12.2.1.1485\Backup\EVSearch\EVSearchClient\Bin
- Paste copied file to C:\Program Files (x86)\Enterprise Vault\EVSearch\EVSearchClient\Bin
