Modifying the logon credentials for the remote computers
You can modify the logon credential for the selected remote computer from the .
To modify the logon credentials for the remote computer
- On the Veritas System Recovery 23 Manager console, select the remote computer from the All Computers .
- Right click and select Edit Computer.
- In the Hostname or IP address field, modify the host computer name or the IP address of the host computer.
- In the Username field, modify the user name for an account that has necessary permissions to access the backup protection status of the computer.
- In the Password field, modify the password for the user account.
- In the Confirm Password field, retype the modified password for the user account.

Select the Check for Linux Machine check box if you are using Linux computer
