Explanation: The operation to rotate the passphrase key was unsuccessful. This error means that the system cannot replace the current passphrase key that is used for encryption.
Recommended Action: Perform the following as appropriate:
Verify that the passphrase key file exists at the keystore location and has the correct permissions. If the file is present but lacks the proper permissions, adjust the permissions manually and retry the operation.
If the issue persists, remove all files from the
keystore
directory, including any hidden files. Depending on your configuration, thekeystore
directory isinstall_dir/var/vxss/credentials/keystore
