About exporting Enterprise Vault Reporting reports from SQL Server Reporting Services Report Manager

You can export reports from Report Manager in the following formats:

  • Acrobat (PDF)

  • CSV (comma-separated values)

  • Excel

  • MHTML (web archive)

  • TIFF file

  • Word

  • XML

To export a report, select the required output format from the Export list in the report toolbar. Then click Export, and specify a location for the output.

If you set up a subscription to a report, you can also choose HTML as the render format.
