Error while subscribing protection plan to PostgreSQL asset

The following table describes the problem that might occur during subscribing protection plan to a PostgreSQL asset.

Error message or cause

Explanation and recommended action

This subscription must be reset to protection plan defaults before it can be customized.

If subscription has been already modified, the below warning message will be displayed.

  • User can reset subscription using 'Restore original settings' button and then try to customize subscription again.

Storage disk pool is not present

Before adding protection, we need to add storage unit.

  • Please add Storage Unit from Storage Configuration >Add.
