The dedupe shrink operation is terminated if the console IP SSH session is disconnected
The dedupe shrink command is run from the Access command-line interface by logging in with the console IP. The dedupe shrink operation is a time-consuming operation, which depends on the deduplication storage size you want to shrink to. If the console IP SSH session is disconnected due to session timeout or by logging out manually, the dedupe shrink operation is terminated due to a known defect. However, the dedupe show command continues to show shrink_status parameter as inprogress or data_movement.
