Restore from snapshot fails for large sized PVC

For large sized PVC, Backup from Snapshot and Restore from Snapshot/Restore from Backup fails with when PVC does not get bound in configured polling timeout. This issue happens because hydration for large volume snapshots takes more time than default 15 minutes timeout.

Restore from snapshot fails for large sized PVC (example: 100gb) with error code 5

Error messages: nbcs (pid=29228) timeout occurred while waiting for the persistent volume claim pvc-sample status to be in the bound phase

Recommended action: Increase the polling timeout in backup operator configmap.
