Configuring the Start window
The Start window tab provides controls for setting periods during which NetBackup can start jobs using a schedule. Periods are referred to as windows. Configure the windows to satisfy the requirements necessary to complete a job.
To define a time duration
- On the grid, click on the time small slot of the particular day.
- The same time slot in step 1 appears in the Start day dropdown and Start time attribute.
- You can set the End day and End time as per the requirements.
- You can also edit the Duration days, Duration time, and Resolution.
- Click Add to create a new schedule for the policy.
You can also perform other operations on the schedule such as - Delete, Clear, Duplicate, and Undo.
