Unlock a NetBackup user

You can view the user accounts that are currently locked out of NetBackup and unlock one or more users.

By default a user's account only remains locked for 24 hours. You can change this time by adjusting the User sessions > User account settings > User account lockout setting.

To unlock out a locked user account

  1. On the left, select Security > User sessions.
  2. Click Locked users.
  3. Select the user account that you want to unlock.
  4. Click Unlock.

 

To unlock all locked user accounts

  1. On the left, select Security > User sessions.
  2. Click Locked users.
  3. Click Unlock all users.
