About the retention command
The retention command lets you manage image retention.
The following table describes the options and arguments for the retention command.

Option and its description | Argument | Description |

policy The backup policy to use for the image retention with a retention lock. | list | List the images that have a retention lock. |
audit | Display the audit information for the images with a retention lock. | |
disable | Disable the image retention using the backup ID of the image. For example: retention policy disable backup_ID=<test_123> copynumber=<number> You can find the backup ID and the copy number in the output of the retention policy list command. |
