Configuring Oracle instances in VCS
You can set up Oracle in different ways in a VCS environment. Configuring Oracle for VCS involves configuring the Oracle files listener.ora and tnsnames.ora as per VCS requirements.

Note:
Make sure that the Oracle files $TNS_ADMIN/listener.ora and $TNS_ADMIN/tnsnames.ora are identical across the cluster nodes. If the files are not identical, remote copy the files from a local node to the other nodes in the cluster.
