Workaround:
In the VRTSatlocal.conf file, change the value of SSLCipherSuite attribute from HIGH:MEDIUM:!eNULL:!aNULL:!SSLv2 to RC4+SHA:!MD5:!aNULL:!eNULL:!SSLv2. This file is located at the following locations:
